Mothers Day Weekend | Chattanooga Photographer | Tennessee Aquarium |Chattanooga Market | Clumpies Ice Cream

DAY ONE
Well Mothers Day weekend was packed with activities for us. We had David's parents in town from Florida so we felt like showing off our beautiful downtown area would be fun. We headed down to grab a bite to eat at Fridays and walk around the
Tennessee Aquarium. They have finally fixed the stairs beside the aquarium with the water running down them and OMG that water is cold right now. I don't say this because I actually dipped my piggies in there but David did grabbing a few photos and his face said it all.

From there we went over to the Northshore to have dessert at Clumpies Ice Cream. After that we needed to walk off some calories so we went through the wonderful shops and street vendor booths. If you haven't been downtown you really need to check out our beautiful city and enjoy everything our town has to offer.

What a cute idea for seating.

OMG I don't even want to know how many calories are in this picture.

DAY TWO
Ok, day two of the weekend was kicked off by heading down to the Chattanooga Market where the theme for the day was "Mom Takes The Cake" and yes that means CUPCAKES!! There were hundreds of people there to sample and vote for their favorite cupcake vendor. The competitors were Belle's Cupcakes from Market Street Tavern, Cakes By MAC, Cakes by Adam, and L&D Cakes.

Here is who got my vote. Red velvet cupcakes from Market Street Tavern.

This is my husbands best friend... well not including myself haha. He takes a picture of "him" everywhere we go. So here he is at the Chattanooga Market!

Ellie's Graduation Party | Right on Band | Chattanooga Photographer | University of the South

Ok, I must say that this was about the most fun I have ever had at a photo shoot. This was a graduation party for Ellie who was graduating from the University of the South. They started off the evening by having the Varsity from Atlanta come up and cater the event in true Varsity style. The food was amazing!!! Then to top the night off they had the one, the only Right On Band to get the party going. For all of you who are not familiar with them they are a 70's cover band that played for President Obama's Inaugural Ball. There are no words to describe how awesome they were and Ellie's guests danced their booties off!!!

Ellie's aunt was appointed bartender for the day!!

Meet the guest of honor, Ellie

Let the good times begin!!

Oh no she didn't!!

A little YMCA is always fun and dare I say a must for a 70's band. Ok, ok and I admit that I had to put the camera down and join in for a chorus myself. Who can resist?

Lindsay & Chris' Wedding Album | Chattanooga Wedding Photographer | Mayors Mansion Inn

A lot of my clients are on the fence about whether to do an album or not. It really is a great addition to your wedding package and doesn't have to be purchased at the time of your booking. An album is designed storybook style to tell the "story" or your day from beginning to end. We love to incorporate detail shots as backgrounds in the album to help you remember all of those small details you took so much time to make sure were absolutely perfect. There are lots of options when it comes to an album and they can be very economical so don't rule it out. Click on the link below to see an example from one of our past weddings.
